SOBO <br />oversees RCIA’s contractor, J & A Maintenance, <br />to maintain the order of the Downtown by <br />sweeping sidewalks, picking up trash, upkeeping <br />the landscape and power washing the sidewalks. <br />Chaired by: Rosanne Foust and Nancy Radcliffe <br />PARKING <br />The parking committee is responsible for <br />implementing solutions to better guide traffic, <br />parking and transportation. <br />Chaired by: Henry Sears <br />December 1, 2022 - November 30, 2023 <br />6.D. - Page 8 of 21 <br />87
