Powers & <br />Associates, Inc., LSA Associates, Inc., and Montrose Environmental Solutions, Inc. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion, award the standard form contracts to provide on-call, as needed, professional services for <br />environmental consulting work, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following <br />agreements: <br />1. Agreement for Professional Services with David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. in an amount not to <br />exceed $250,000 over a 3-year period, through June 23, 2028, with the option to extend for two <br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term; <br />2. Agreement for Professional Services with LSA Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed <br />$250,000 over a 3-year period, through June 23, 2028, with the option to extend for two <br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term; and <br />3.
