EXIBHIT A <br /> <br />SHINNYO-EN FOUNDATION GRANT TO <br />REDWOOD CITY TOGETHER <br />FOR <br />“2025-2026 General Operating Funds” <br /> <br /> *Any changes or adjustments to goals and objectives require prior approval by Shinnyo- <br />en Foundation. Please submit your request in writing to the Grants Manager. <br /> <br />Grant Goal(s)*: <br /> Through a grant from Shinnyo-en Foundation, Redwood City Together seeks to achieve the following <br />goals: <br />Goal 1: The support given by Shinnyo-en will support capacity building for a new team member to <br />join the Redwood City Together team and support the Working Group and other RCT community <br />initiatives. These initiatives encourage collaboration among community organizations, families, and <br />youth groups to promote systems transformation and racial equity that ultimately aim to improve <br />health, equity and education in the Redwood City community. <br />Timeline: <br />• August/September 2025 - Onboarding, training, and community building <br />• March/April 2026 - Program Project update meeting <br />• May/June 2026 - Program Project report <br /> <br />Related Objectives: <br />1. Recruit and select a team member whose passion, skills and interests align with and uphold the <br />Redwood City Together Cultural Norms <br />2. Train and onboard the team members and provide peer mentorship and professional development <br />opportunities. <br />3. Work on specified projects to support work of collective impact organization <br />Goal 2: Deepen the RWC Togethers team on their professional learning and growth, and personal <br />path to peace. <br />Related Objectives: <br />1. Develop reflection opportunities through close collaboration for the full team. <br />2. The Executive Director will provide professional development opportunities for staff members to <br />improve their learning and development. <br />3.
