The City is projected to receive
$2.26 million from SB 1 for Fiscal Year 2025-26. These funds represent 32 percent of the FY 2025-26
Roadway Management Program.
Figure 2 – FY 2025-26 Pavement Management Budget
The roadway segments listed in the table below (Table 1) were selected based on an assessment of overall
pavement conditions to make the most efficient use of the City's resources of SB 1 funding.
The proposed street list in Table 1 will be funded at least in part with Fiscal Year 2025-26 Road
Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account revenues. With the listing of these projects in this year’s adopted
fiscal year resolution, the City is reaffirming to the public and the State our intent to fund these projects
with Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account revenues.
Inclusion on this list makes the street segments eligible for use of RMRA funding for repaving, but does
not require the City to include every street listed in a project. By submitting a larger list of streets, the City
has flexibility in prioritizing projects based on available resources and other needs. As the FY 2025-26
project(s) are further designed, there may be minor changes to the street list to reflect field assessments,
coordination with utility and development projects, and grant funding strategies. The final street list will
be reflected in the construction contract that will be brought to the City Council for award in 2025 and
2026.
6.G. - Page 3 of 11
191
