Learn why this is important <br />People camping on the streets of our cities would not be there if they had any place <br />else to go. All of the trailer parks are full and most low-income housing apartments <br />have years-long waiting lists. <br />Before you prohibit camping in Redwood City, you must offer another place for <br />homeless people to live.
