For single family residential customers using 14 hundred cubic <br />feet (HCF; where HCF = 748 gallons) per bi-monthly billing cycle, the increase amounts to $38.25 per bi- <br />monthly bill ($19.12 per month), beginning January 2026, an additional increase of $13.24 per bi-monthly <br />bill ($6.62 per month), beginning January 2027, and an additional increase of $11.76 per bi-monthly bill <br />($5.88 per month), beginning January 2028. The graph on the next page compares monthly bills assuming <br />single family residential customers use 7 HCF per month, or the equivalent of 14 HCF per bi-monthly billing <br />cycle, beginning January 2026.
