Detailed findings presented were <br />derived from assessing the Agency’s SSMP efforts against the WDR requirements. <br /> <br />The Audit Findings include the following determina[ons: <br />• WDR Conformance (Viola[ons) <br />o Required items for review/resolu[on for SSMP Update to avoid poten[al enforcement <br />• WDR Conformance (Areas of Concern) <br />o Strongly recommended for review/resolu[on for SSMP Update to avoid future viola[on(s) <br />and poten[al enforcement) <br />• Recommenda[ons <br />o Sugges[ons for improving SSMP Update and adding resilience3 for improving system <br />opera[ons, maintenance, and holding up to outside scru[ny by regulators <br /> <br />This checklist items in all the followin elements are intended to help agecnies verify compliance prior to adop<o of <br />their next upcoming SSMP Updates. This includes a completed checklist of “Viola<ons or Areas of Concern” of the <br />Reissued WDR at the conclusion of each SSMP Element. This provides management with a summary of key <br />compliance informa<on specific to each Element dis<lled from the Appendix 5, including “Yes/No” answers <br />applicable to the Agency findings for the Audit and also addi<onal items recommended by the industry beyond the <br />WDR basics to check compliance. Some agencies may already be doing most or all of the recommended items on <br />these lists but are included for thoroughness. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3 “Definitions” in section Attachment A of the Reissued WDR (page A-4): “Resilience is the ability to recover from or adjust to adversity or <br />change, and grow from disruptions.
