REGULATORY CONTEXT REQUIREMENTS4 <br />“The Plan Introduc<on sec<on must provide a general descrip<on of the local sewer system management program <br />and discuss Plan implementa<on and updates.” <br />1.2. SSMP UPDATE SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS <br />“The Plan Introduc<on sec<on must include a schedule for the Enrollee to update the Plan, including the schedule <br />for conduc<ng internal audits. The schedule must include milestones for incorpora<on of ac<vi<es addressing <br />preven<on of sewer spills.” <br />1.3. SEWER SYSTEM ASSET OVERVIEW <br />“The City Sewer System Management Plan must have an Introduc<on sec<on to provide a descrip<on of the City- <br />owned assets and service area including but not limited to. <br />• Loca[on, including county(ies). <br />• Service area boundary. <br />• Popula[on and community served. <br />• System size, including total length in miles, length of gravity mainlines, length of pressurized (force) mains, <br />and number of pump sta[ons and siphons. <br />• Structures diver[ng stormwater to the sewer system. <br />• Data management systems. <br />• Sewer system ownership and opera[on responsibili[es between Enrollee and private en[[es for upper and <br />lower sewer laterals. <br />• Es[mated number or percent of residen[al, commercial, and industrial service connec[ons. <br />• Unique service boundary condi[ons and challenge(s). <br />• Reference to the Enrollee’s up to-date map of its sanitary sewer system, as required in sec[on 4.1 (Updated <br />Map of Sanitary Sewer System) of this AIachment.” <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4 Required under Specification 5.4 of the Reissued WDR (see pages 19-20) <br />ATTY/RESO.0077/CC RESO SEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN - EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 07-14-25 LF <br /> <br />Page 182 of 317
