ELEMENT 2 – ORGANIZATION <br /> <br />Sewer System Management Plan Audit (8/2/21 to 8/2/24) Page 16 of 47 <br />ELEMENT 2 – ORGANIZATION <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />“The Plan must iden<fy organiza<onal responsible and integral for implemen<ng the local Sewer System <br />Management Plan through an organiza<onal chart of other similar narra<ve documenta<on that includes: <br />• The name of the Legally Responsible Official as required in sec<on 5.1 (Designa<on of a Legally Responsible <br />Official) of this General Order. <br />• The posi<on <tles, telephone numbers, and email addresses for management, administra<ve, and <br />maintenance posi<ons responsible for implemen<ng specific Sewer System Management Plan elements. <br />• Organiza<onal lines of authority. <br />• Chain of communica<on for repor<ng spills from receipt of complaint or other informa<on, including the <br />person responsible for repor<ng spills to the State and Regional Water Boards and other agencies, as <br />applicable.
