D-8 <br />COMPLIANCE <br />q Limited/low CCTV inspec[on annual return frequency covering en[re system; prepare <br />annual produc[on jus[fica[on narra[ve for SSMP Update. <br />q Improve capital aIen[on in downtown area including smaller pipes. <br />q Develop a system-specific Climate Resilience Plan for the SSMP Update including but not <br />limited addressing the factors listed in Findings 3.2.3 of the Reissue WDR such as: <br />o Sea level rise impacts including flooding, coastal erosion, seawater intrusion, [dal <br />inunda[on and submerged lands. <br />o Increased surface water flows due to higher intensity rain events. <br />o Flooding <br />o Wildfires and wildfire induced impacts <br />o Earthquake induced damage. <br />o Landslides. <br />o Subsidence. <br />q Assess element narra[ve and improve as necessary for 2025 SSMP Update. <br />IMPLEMENTATION <br />q None <br />EFFECTIVENESS <br />WDR RECOMMENDATION <br />To measure effec[veness and ensure alignment with available industry standard guidance, the City <br />should check/verify the following data for inclusion in its next required SSMP update: <br />q Number of Capacity-related spills or surcharge condi[on during the audit period? <br />q Has the system responded to rain events as indicated by the hydraulic model? <br />q Has there been any changes to zoning designa[ons (residen[al, commercial, industrial)? <br />q Rain event trends: Has there been changes in rain event occurrences, intensity, and <br />dura[on? <br />q Has the agency’s capital improvement plan been adhered to? <br />q Is there an annual review of the Capital Improvement Plan by all necessary individuals? <br />q Has the City adhered to its system evalua[on/condi[on assessment efforts? Measured by <br />annual review and update of system inspec[ons/evalua[ons procedures. <br />q Has the City adhered to its priori[za[on/correc[ve ac[ons for sewer repair and Capacity <br />improvement projects?
