FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REQUIRED SPILL NOTIFICATIONS <br />q 10 viola[ons (2007-2023) for missing required [melines for no[fica[on within 2 hours to <br />Cal-OES for all Category 1 spills greater than or equal to 1,000 gallons. <br />q 2 viola[ons (2007-2023) for missing required [melines for Cer[fied Spill Reports within 15 <br />calendar days. <br />2.
