REV: 07-08-25 VR <br />the levee improvements (if needed), earthwork including engineered fill <br />placement and utility trench backfill, and trail sections for various loading <br />scenarios. Report will include considerations for future adaptation of <br />proposed improvements and how to provide additional elevation in the <br />future. <br />o Tasks 2.2.5 Vulnerability Assessment: Consultant to review existing <br />Vulnerability and Needs Assessment reports and gather additional <br />data/information needed to determine existing sea level and <br />groundwater rise conditions and hazards (erosion, flooding, <br />habitat loss, contamination, liquefaction) and design alternatives. <br />Consultant to identify Vulnerability Assessment gaps as compared <br />to RSAP and OPC Senate Bill 1 sea level rise criteria to inform <br />future needs. <br />o Task 2.2.6 Gather Data on Environmental and Historic Preservation <br />Resources: Consultant to collect data on the natural and cultural <br />resources protected by environmental and historic preservation <br />laws and regulations, including specific listed species, that may be <br />impacted by the construction, siting, or operation of proposed <br />facilities. <br />Deliverables: Existing data memorandum (PDF) and library (file sharing <br />location), FEMA accreditation requirements memo (PDF), updated coastal <br />hazard analysis (if needed, in PDF format) hydrologic and hydraulic studies <br />report (PDF and InfoWorks ICM model), updated land, utility, and topographic <br />surveys to be incorporated into design documents (PDF and Civil 3D CAD base <br />files), geotechnical report (PDF), updated vulnerability assessment (PDF), and <br />data on environmental and historic preservation resources (PDF). <br />Task 3. Stakeholder and Community Outreach, up to $261,957 Time and Materials <br />(T&M) <br />This task provides outreach activities throughout the project planning and <br />early design process to engage and inform affected agencies and community <br />members about the project’s design, confirm compliance with environmental <br />regulations and FEMA requirements, and incorporate all stakeholder voices into <br />the decision-making process.
