Ensure that all materials provided to the immigrant community by LIBRE partners <br />contain accurate, current messaging about immigrants’ rights, public charge rules, and <br />immigration updates. <br />3. Maintain the “library” of outreach materials to ensure version control and translate all <br />materials to Spanish. <br />4. Present up-to-date information to our immigrant community. <br />III. Collaborator’s Project Responsibilities: <br />The Collaborator has the following project responsibilities as part of this MOU: <br />1. Conduct outreach reaching 3000 individuals through tabling at community hubs and events <br />and door-to-door canvassing to raise awareness with current information about legal rights, <br />family preparedness plans, and public charge using information updated and provided by <br />our lead organization. <br />2. Distribute 1000 ILRC “red cards” and the number to a rapid response hotline for San Mateo <br />County residents (managed by Faith in Action). <br />3. Manage the logistics of 4-6 legal rights and social services workshops, including <br />registering community members to participate. <br />IV.
