Exhibit D <br />ATTY/AGR/2025/AMEND NO.2 – YMCA MASTER PROJECT AGREEMENT <br />REV: 07-17-25 VR <br />(a) The agreements, covenants and conditions in this Lease contained are and <br />shall be deemed to be covenants running with the Property and the reversion and shall be binding <br />upon and shall inure to the benefit of Landlord and Tenant and their respective successors and assigns <br />and all subsequent Landlords and Tenants respectively hereunder. <br />(b) All references in this Lease to “Tenant” or “Landlord” shall be deemed to <br />refer to and include successors and assigns of Tenant or Landlord, respectively, without specific <br />mention of such successors or assigns. <br />30. Notices.
