CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 7.P. Amendment No. 6 to Agreement for Services with Gilbane <br /> Building Company for project management services, and <br /> Amendment No. 8 to Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture <br />and Urban Design for construction administration services for the <br />Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center-YMCA Project, for <br />extended time and services due to construction delays, with both <br />amendments to be reimbursed by Thompson Builder Corporation <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 6 to the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company for project <br />management services for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center for a not- <br />to-exceed amount of $244,365, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,051,533; <br />and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 8 to the Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture and Urban Design for <br />construction administration services for a not to exceed amount of $153,534, for a <br />total not-to-exceed amount of $10,083,562.
