CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 7.Q. Amendment No. 1 to Compost Broker Program <br /> Agreement with the San Mateo Resource Conservation <br /> District with Program funded by a State grant <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to the unique nature of the <br />goods and services, there is only one reasonable and <br />practicable source for the required service and the contract may <br />be awarded without a competitive bidding process, and <br />approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 1 to Compost Broker Program Agreement with <br />San Mateo Resource Conservation District (RCD), increasing the <br />not-to-exceed amount by $124,906 and amending the scope of <br />services for the original term, for a total not-to-exceed contract <br />amount of $200,000 through May 1, 2026 (requires 5/7 vote).
