CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SENIOR PLANNER (Continued) <br />11. Prepares a variety of planning reports and documents. <br />12. Serves as SMeets with project representatives, professionals, <br />citizenscommunity members, and organizations to encourage action or resolve <br />problems related to their projects or long range policy initiativesdivision’s <br />activities and projects. <br />13. Responds to inquiries regarding zoning and subdivisions; reviews applications <br />for compliance with ordinances. <br />1.14. Makes presentations before the City Council, committees, community <br />groups, boards, and commissions and other governmental bodies as required. <br />15. May be designated as Zoning Administrator at the direction of the Community <br />Development Director <br />16. May be serve or as liaison for a committee at the direction of the Planning <br />Manager or Community Development Director. <br />17.
