This message was sent from outside your organization. <br />We, at One Marina on Bair Island, have been dealing with the severe impacts of homeless <br />encampments for more than four years. During this time, we have endured unleashed and <br />barking dogs, theft, people urinating in Redwood Creek, and the dumping of garbage and <br />shopping carts into the water.
