Proclamation recognizing Disability Pride Month <br />Redwood City Arts Commissioner and Center for Creativity steering committee member <br />accepted the proclamation. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />The following members of the public provided comments: <br />• Kent Manske <br />• Warren Dale <br />• Toby Leavitt <br />• Russ Moeller <br />• Krista Hinton <br />• Gita Dev <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Council Member Gee stated that due to serving on the governing board for one of the proposed <br />grant recipients, he is recused from voting on item 6E. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Eakin, to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, except <br />item 6E, passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Eakin, to approve item 6E, passed 6-0-1 by electronic vote <br />with Council Member Gee recused. <br /> <br /> 6.A. Modification to the Bair Island and Westpoint Slough Priority Conservation Area (PCA) <br />nomination to the Association of Bay Area Governments to remove a property from <br />the PCA boundary at the request of the property owner (301) Reso 16336 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution rescinding Resolution No. 16327 and nominating the geography as <br />depicted in Attachment A as a Priority Conservation Area (PCA) and authorizing <br />submission of the nomination as the “Bair Island and Westpoint Slough Priority <br />Conservation Area” to the Association of Bay Area Governments for designation as a PCA. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> <br />
