Final acceptance of Easter Bowl and Glenloch Tanks Seismic Improvement and Roof <br />Repair Project (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Easter Bowl and Glenloch Tanks Seismic Improvement and Roof <br />Repair Project and authorize the release of bonds and retention according to City <br />procedures. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.D. Retroactive approval, and acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Cannabis Tax Fund <br />Grant for the Redwood City Police Department (301) Reso 16338 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution retroactively approving the application for and authorizing the City <br />Manager, or designee, to accept the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Cannabis Tax Fund Grant <br />Program Law Enforcement grant awarded by the California Highway Patrol to the <br />Redwood City Police Department in the amount of $399,416, and to execute the grant <br />agreement and any related documents necessary to receive funds. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
