Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with Teri Black & Company, LLC (TBC) for executive recruitment services (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No.1 to Agreement for Services with Teri Black & Company, LLC (TBC) for executive recruitment services, to modify the term to a four-year agreement for a total not to-exceed contract price of $450,000 covering the time period April 5, 2024 to April 4, 2028. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.O. Amendment to Agreements for Services with West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. (WC3), True North Compliance Services, Inc. (True North), and TRB and Associates, Inc. (TRB) to provide additional capacity to maintain customer service levels during high-volume periods and maintain specialized expertise (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following contract amendments for on-call professional services for the Community Development Department – Building Division: 1. Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Services with West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. to increase compensation by $1,738,560 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $6,277,120; 2. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with True North Compliance Services, Inc. to increase compensation by $500,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $2,500,000; and 3. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with TRB and Associates, Inc. to increase compensation by $200,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $600,000.
