(AR/WS) for the State Route 84 (Woodside Road)/U.S. 101 Interchange Reimagined Project (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Services with Associated Right of Way Services, Inc. (AR/WS) to provide additional services for an amount not to exceed $235,731, for a total contract amount of $945,850. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.Q. Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with RSG, Inc. (RSG) to continue to provide real property consulting services as needed (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with RSG, Inc., for an additional one-year term, expiring July 28, 2026. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.R. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with H2O Solutions, L.L.C. for water storage tank inspection and cleaning services (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with H2O Solutions, L.L.C. for water storage tank inspection and cleaning services to amend the scope, extend the term for additional two years expiring on June 30, 2027 and increase the not-to-exceed amount by $60,000 for a total not-to- exceed contract amount of $140,000 covering the time period from February 13, 2025 through June 30, 2027.
