REV: 07-16-25 LF <br />•In regard to the documents that the City receives from Consultant: the final copies <br />shall be in PDF format, and the editable copies shall be in native file format (i.e. <br />Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). <br />For Task 2 overall, <br />•The 2025 UWMP Guidebook will not require significant updates to the 2025 <br />UWMPs, and no additional analyses will be required. <br />•Review Workshop #1 will not exceed two (2) hours in duration and will be held <br />virtually upon a mutually agreed upon schedule. <br />Task 3 - Water Conservation and Water Shortage Contingency Planning <br />Task 3 includes incorporating information regarding the City’s water conservation <br />measures as well as information regarding water shortage contingency planning. <br />Evaluate Historic, Current and Projected Future Water Conservation <br />Consultant will incorporate the water conservation information provided by the BAWSCA <br />Demand Study and the City into the 2025 UWMP, using the revised Demand <br />Management Measure (DMM) framework required per AB 2067 and CWC §10631. <br />Water Shortage Contingency Planning <br />Consultant will work with the City to update the existing WSCP, drawing from insights <br />gained during the recent 2021-2023 drought, and ensuring that options are robust enough <br />to reduce water demands under projected dry-year scenarios. <br />Conduct the City Review Workshop #2 <br />Review Workshop #2 will include a presentation of the information identified above and <br />will consist of a one hour teleconference meeting with appropriate stakeholders as <br />identified by the City.
