The work will focus on indoor residential, outdoor
residential, and CII categories, and consider both functional metrics (e.g., seats, rooms,
occupants, and employees) and land use characteristics.
Data Compilation and Assessment
Consultant will confirm the task goals and objectives with City staff during the project kick-
off meeting under Task 1. During the meeting, we will discuss any specific considerations
or known issues with the current Attachment Q worksheet.
Consultant will compile water demand factor information in a tabular format from a
combination of City-specific data and publicly available sources, which includes:
•Relevant water use efficiency standards, including those required by the MCCWL
Regulation (e.g., indoor residential standards, residential outdoor landscape area
standards, and dedicated irrigation meter standards);
•Water use from existing City accounts (see “Water Use Evaluation” below);
ATTY/AGR.2025.176/EKI Environment & Water, Inc.
