REV: 07-16-25 LF <br />Project Schedule and Milestones <br />The project will follow the timeline shown below. However, the timeline may change, as <br />needed, through mutual agreement between Consultant and the City. <br />FEE <br />Consultant shall provide monthly invoices for services completed in accordance with <br />Section 6, Compensation of this Agreement. Invoices shall be mailed to the following <br />address: <br />Public Works Services <br />Attention: Water Superintendent <br />1400 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Fees for labor will be billed on an hourly basis per the hourly rate outlined below, and <br />invoiced monthly, for the tasks as delineated below. Expenses will be billed on a monthly <br />basis. City shall pay Consultant for the tasks outlined below a not to exceed amount of <br />$109,184 plus a contingency of $20,816 for additional work, for a total not-to-exceed <br />amount of $130,000 to complete all the Services under this Agreement.
