The provisions of the 2025 California Codes adopted herein by reference as <br />amended herein, shall not apply to any building or structure for which application for a <br />building permit was made prior to January 1, 2026. Such buildings or structures shall be <br />erected, constructed, enlarged, altered or repaired in accordance with the provisions of <br />the Code in effect at the date of said application. <br /> <br />B. All other applications shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of <br />the 2025 edition of the California Codes as adopted and amended herein. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
