In addition, a State-licensed Senior <br />Residential Care Facility may have higher calls for service than typically found in multi-family <br />developments which could place increased burden on Fire Services. Palo Alto Commons, a senior care <br />facility in Palo Alto with 121 units in a low-rise structure received a total of 168 service calls in 2024 and <br />100 service calls to date in 2025, or between 11-14 calls per month.
