PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Study Session on the 910 Marshall project, a Downtown Planned Community Permit application for a State-licensed senior residential care facility <br />with 222 units (consisting of 188 market rate independent living units and 34 assisted living and memory care units), 1,210 sq. ft. of retail, and 95 <br />parking spaces on one lot totaling 1.08 acres. The applicant is seeking waivers under the State’s Density Bonus law for height (up to 250 ft. and 21 <br />stories) and several other zoning requirements in the Downtown Precise Plan (DTPP) and General Plan. <br />IN-PERSON PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Once public comment begins, no additional speakers <br />will be allowed to join the speakers list
