REV: 07-15-25 LF <br />Exhibit A <br />In consideration of the payments set forth in Exhibit B, Grantee shall execute the <br />following project: <br />Project Overview and Description <br />Grantee’s Municipal Electrification project includes two phases: <br />1. Design of Electric Vehicle (EV) Supply Equipment and Infrastructure Engineering <br />2. Construction and Installation of EV Supply Equipment and Infrastructure and Engineering Support <br />Phase 1 – Design of Electric Vehicle (EV) Supply Equipment and Infrastructure Engineering <br />Pursuant to the Grantee’s Zero-Emission Fleet Transition Plan, this phase will include a site review, <br />technical specifications, detailed design drawings ready for construction, and coordinate the <br />development of associated specifications that relate to the scope of work and cost estimates for the <br />installation of: <br />2 Level-2 charging stations (7.2 kW) <br />1 Level-2 charging station (19.2 kW) <br />34 DC dual-port chargers (40 kW) <br />6 DCFC single-port chargers (60 W) <br />2 DCFC single port chargers (120 kW) <br />Milestones <br />1. Preliminary design stage <br />a. Site feasibility and cost analysis <br />b. Utility noticing and coordination <br />c. Surveying and base maps <br />d. 65% design drawings <br />e. Specifications for qualified chargers <br />f. Single-line diagram <br />g. 90% design drawings <br />2. Final design stage <br />a. Provide final construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates <br />b. Provide 100% design drawings <br />c. Provide construction ROM estimate (rough order magnitude) <br />d. Put together construction bid package <br />3. Construction bid stage services <br />Phase 2 – Construction and Installation of EV Supply Equipment and Infrastructure and Engineering <br />Support. Pursuant to the Grantee’s Zero-Emission Fleet Transition Plan, this phase will include demolition, <br />trenching and backfill, asphalt paving, site improvements, concrete work, electrical work, purchase and <br />installation of electrical and charging equipment, and start-up and commissioning support.
