The Applicant must resubmit a new permit application and provide a new set of plans and supporting <br />documents. <br />B. The Applicant must submit a reinstatement request in writing and shall include the following: <br />1. A justifiable cause and demonstration for the permit reinstatement <br />2. A clear timeline for restarting and completing the remaining work <br />C. The Applicant is required to pay all new permit fees according to the current city fee schedule, <br />including but not limited to plan review fees, permit issuance fees, and inspection fees. <br />D. The reinstatement and reissuance request for a building permit will be reviewed and acted upon <br />by the Building Official to determine if reinstatement and reissuance are warranted or another <br />form of compliance should be initiated through the code enforcement process. <br />E. No Refund or Credit. Any previously paid fees will not be refunded or credited toward the new <br />permit application. <br />
