By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute the Agreement for Services with Wood Rodgers, Inc. <br />for the design and construction administration of the <br />Redwood Creek Channel Improvement Near 1180 Main <br />Street Project in the amount of $203,412, and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager, or their designee, <br />to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10 <br />percent above the contract amount, for a not-to-exceed <br />total in the amount of $223,754.
