CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 7.C. Award of contracts for on-call, as needed professional engineering <br /> services with ENGEO Incorporated, Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & <br /> Environmental Sciences Consultants, Smith-Emery of San Francisco Inc., Kier & <br />Wright Civil Engineers and Surveyors Inc., BKF Engineers, and Alexander & <br />Associates Inc. to support capital projects requiring specialized expertise <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, award the standard form contracts to provide on-call, as needed, professional <br />services and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following agreements: <br />1. Agreement for Services with ENGEO Incorporated for on-call geotechnical investigation, <br />special inspection and material testing professional services in an amount not to exceed <br />$200,000 over a 3-year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in <br />an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term through 2030; <br />2. Agreement for Services with Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences <br />Consultants for on-call geotechnical investigation, special inspection and material testing <br />professional services in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, with the <br />option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per <br />extension term through 2030; <br />3. Agreement for Services with Smith-Emery of San Francisco Inc. for on-call geotechnical <br />investigation, special inspection and material testing professional services in an amount not to <br />exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year <br />periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term through 2030;
