Three-year Geographic Information System (GIS) software enterprise license <br />agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to ESRI’s software compatibility with the existing City <br />programs, equipment and systems, it is unlikely that a competitive bidding process <br />would serve the City’s best interests or result in a lower price and the contract may be <br />awarded without a competitive bidding process, and approve and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the Master Agreement Products and Services (EA) for small <br />governments and Quotation #Q-545690 with Environmental Systems Research Institute <br />(ESRI) in the amount of $180,900 to provide the primary GIS technology used by City staff <br />for a period of three years, July 28, 2025 through July 27, 2028 and authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the amount of the agreement, if necessary, up to 10% not to exceed <br />$198,990 (requires 5/7 vote). <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.L.
