Adopt a resolution amending the 2021 Amended and Restated Water Supply <br />Agreement Between the City and County of San Francisco and Wholesale Customers in <br />Alameda County, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County, approving those revisions <br />to be incorporated into a 2025 Amended and Restated Water Supply Agreement, and <br />authorizing the City Manager to execute such agreement when final execution copies are <br />prepared and distributed by BAWSCA; and <br />2.
