Of these additional ideas, the City Council <br />directed staff to further explore ideas 4 and 6. <br />• Idea #4 – Adopt an anti-harassment policy <br />• Idea #6 – Establish the right to return <br />1 This recommendation is listed as “ongoing” as its implementation is outside of the City’s control since it is <br />dependent on HEART starting their housing preservation model. <br />2 This recommendation was previously called “Support the Lincoln Avenue Capital (LAC) preservation model” but <br />the City Council approved changing the goal language in January 2025. <br />3 This recommendation is listed as “ongoing” as its implementation is outside of the City’s control.
