I ask you to vote no on the Right to Return Measure. This measure will <br />significantly impact the local housing market and the quality of the properties. <br />Why would a landlord remodel if there’s no way to recover costs? Needed maintenance would be put off until <br />tenant moves of their own accord . <br />Rent control, and this is what that is, is never effective, never increases needed housing, never improves needed <br />housing. <br />My rentals were built in the 1950’s. Without the significant upgrades I have made over the years they would just be <br />old houses. Because of my upgrades, they are desired homes for people who need them. <br />No on the Right to Return Measure. Dawn Poston
