REV: 09-03-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Task 1. Project Management and Meetings for up to $12,225 Time and Materials <br />(T&M) <br />Project Management and Coordination: Wood Rodgers (Consultant) to provide <br />project management and coordination for the City necessary to provide <br />engineering design. <br />Quality Control and Quality Assurance QA/QC Reviews: Consultant’s Principal in <br />Charge (PIC), and Engineers of Record (EOR’s) will provide quality control and <br />quality assurance reviews for the 60%, 90%, and 100% Design Submittals. <br />Consultant will perform the QA/QC reviews in accordance with generally accepted <br />engineering principles and practices. <br />Meetings with City Staff: The Consultant’s team will attend and participate in the <br />following meetings with City staff: <br />o Project design kickoff meeting (remote) <br />o 90% Design review meeting (remote) <br />o 100% Final design review meeting (remote) <br />Progress meetings with City: consultant will facilitate progress phone <br />calls/meetings with the City staff to communicate project issues, monitoring and <br />updating the schedule, tracking, and reporting job progress. <br />Task 2. Document Collection and Planning for up to $6,835 Time and Materials <br />(T&M) <br />Consultant will review as-builts and improvement plans for the channel system <br />provided by the City, as well as any pertinent as-builts from other sources within <br />the study area. The consultant will rely on assistance from the City to collect <br />necessary utility data from the City, San Mateo County (County), California <br />Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), petroleum <br />pipe Companies, and permitting agencies. <br />Deliverables: existing data memorandum summary document (PDF), and a library <br />including all reviewed documents (PDFs), and provide a file sharing location for the City’s <br />access. <br />Task 3. Surveying Utilities Research, and Geotechnical Investigation for up to <br />$39,285 Time and Materials (T&M) <br />Surveying: surveying of the project site includes the following services: <br />o Conduct field visit to perform field measurements and visual inspections of <br />the hydraulic channel <br />o Request, research, and review existing utilities from City as-built plans and <br />private utility companies <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.173/Wood Rodgers, Inc.
