REV: 09-23-25 LF <br />services. All writing and office supervision expenses will be included in the hourly <br />rate. <br />P. Reviewing contractor submittals and responding to geotechnical related requests <br />for information including, without limitation, retaining wall plans, foundational plans <br />for roadway structures, deep subdrainage plans, pile driving system plans, <br />hazardous material management plans and traffic control plans. <br />All work shall be performed by qualified personnel with valid professional licenses <br />and certifications. Copies of licenses and certifications shall be provided to the City <br />for verification. <br />Fee <br />Consultant shall be paid on a time and material basis at the rates set forth in the fee <br />schedule below for a not to exceed amount as mutually agreed for each individual task <br />order. <br />Staff classification and rates may change during the term of this Agreement if requested <br />by the Consultant and approved by the City Engineer in writing. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.215/Smith-Emery (On-Call Geotechnical Professional Services) (Page 14 of 19)
