Any notice, demand or request sent pursuant to either subparagraph <br />(a) or (b), above, shall be deemed received upon such personal service or upon dispatch by <br />electronic means. Any notice, demand, or request sent pursuant to subparagraph (c), above, <br />shall be deemed received on the business day immediately following deposit with the <br />commercial mail service. <br />19. Counterparts Signature <br />This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all <br />counterparts shall constitute one agreement. <br />20. Specific Performance and Other Remedies <br />The parties understand that the interests and rights being conveyed by this Agreement are <br />unique and for that reason, among others, the parties will be irreparably damaged in the <br />event that this Agreement is not specifically enforced. Accordingly, in the event of any <br />controversy concerning the obligations under this Agreement, such obligation shall be <br />enforceable by a decree of specific performance or by injunction.
