Agreement for Services with ENGEO Incorporated for on-call geotechnical investigation, special inspection and material testing professional services in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term through 2030; 2. Agreement for Services with Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants for on-call geotechnical investigation, special inspection and material testing professional services in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term through 2030; 3. Agreement for Services with Smith-Emery of San Francisco Inc. for on-call geotechnical investigation, special inspection and material testing professional services in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term through 2030; 4. Agreement for Services with Kier & Wright Civil Engineers and Surveyors Inc. for on- call land surveyor professional services in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3- year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term through 2030; 5. Agreement for Services with BKF Engineers for on-call land surveyor professional services in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term through 2030; and 6. Agreement for Services with Alexander & Associates Inc. for on-call land surveyor professional services in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term through 2030. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 7.D. City Council resolution accepting grant funds/services from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) to develop density standards and parking management standards consistent with MTC’s Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy and authorizing participation in a multi-jurisdictional grand nexus and feasibility study to confirm compliance with the TOC Policy (505) Reso 16355 Recommendation: Adopt a resolution accepting grant funds and/or services from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) to develop density standards and parking management standards consistent with MTC’s Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy and authorizing participation in a multi-jurisdictional grand nexus and feasibility study to confirm compliance with the TOC Policy.
