Consent to Assignment Agreement with ReaderLink Distribution Services, LLC to <br />provide library materials and processing services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Consent to <br />Assignment Agreement from Baker & Taylor, LLC to ReaderLink Distribution Services, LLC <br />for that certain Agreement for Professional Services entered into as of December 20, <br />2017 amended by Amendment Nos. 1 and 2 and effective through February 9, 2026. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.F. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to provide <br />labor negotiation services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No.1 to <br />Agreement for Services with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore (“LCW”) to provide labor <br />negotiation services, to modify the term from a three-year to a five-year agreement and <br />increase the total not to-exceed contract price from $350,000 to $950,000 covering the <br />time period April 8, 2024 to April 7, 2029. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />
