(101 RPSOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT GRANTS O) WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of California requires that decds or grante conveying an interest in real property to political corporations must be accepted by the grantecs prior to boing recorded; ana WHEREAS, said Section 27281 provides a method whereby an Officer oF agent may be designated by the political corporation to accept such deyós on its behalf; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That Jacqueline C. Hildebrand, City Clerk of the City of Redwood City, be and she hereby is authorized to accept, on behalf of the City of Redwood City, all deeds or grants conveying an interest in or casement upon real estate to the City of Redwood City. 2. That Resolution No. 7030, adopted October 15, 1973, by the Coancil of the City of Redwood City. is hereby rescinded.
