SEAPORT CENTRE VENTURE, a California general partnership <br />("Seaport °), hereby grantr to the CITY OF REOWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City”), <br />perpetval easements on, over, across, through, and under the <br />hereinafter described real property sitvate in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, wore <br />particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />2.
