Seaport hereby reserves to itself the right, at ics sole <br />expense, and subject to the consent of the City, to landscape and <br />to construct jogging trails on and along the surface of the real <br />property described in Exhibit °A®°, so long as such landscaping or <br />trails do not interfere with the City's use of said property. <br />4. The easements granted by paragraph 1 hereof shall be <br />non-exclusive, and Seaport hereby reserves the right to grant to <br />others easepent rights in and to the subject easements, provided <br />that the easement rights granted to others shall not interfere <br />with the easement rights herein granted to the City. <br />5. Seaport and SEAPORT CENTRE VENTURE PHASE 1, a California <br />general partnership ("Seaport 1°), further grant to the City a <br />non-exclusive easement for the sole purpose of providing access <br />to and fror. the easement areas described in Exhibit "A” , over <br />and upon those areas of that certain real property situate in the <br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />pore particularly described in Exhibit ”B", attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, which mzy be necessary in order <br />for the City to gain access to and from the easements described <br />in Exhibit "A*. In using the access easement herein granted by <br />this paragraph 5, the City shall, to the extent possible, use <br />those public streets adjacent to or which provide access to the <br />property described in Exhibit °B*.
