Page 3 of 7 <br />8.B.Eleven on-call professional services agreements for general and specialized <br />consulting services for Community Development's Planning Division <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following <br />agreements to provide on-call professional services for on-call general and <br />specialized consulting services for Community Development's Planning Division: <br />1. Agreement for Services with Architectural Resources Group (ARG) in an <br />amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with <br />the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to <br />exceed $100,000 per extension term; <br />2. Agreement for Services with Economic & Planning Systems (EPS) in an amount <br />not to exceed $300,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the <br />option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed <br />$100,000 per extension term; <br />3. Agreement for Services with OPC Properties, Inc., a GFT Company, in an <br />amount not to exceed $150,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with <br />the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to <br />exceed $50,000 per extension term; <br />4. Agreement for Services with Good City Company in an amount not to exceed <br />$300,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend <br />for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per <br />extension term; <br />5. Agreement for Services with ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc. in an amount not to <br />exceed $750,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to <br />extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $250,000 <br />per extension term; <br />6. Agreement for Services with Miller Planning Associates in an amount not to <br />exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to <br />extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $50,000 <br />per extension term; <br />7. Agreement for Services with Page & Turnbull in an amount not to exceed <br />$200,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend <br />for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per <br />extension term; <br />8. Agreement for Services with SITELAB Urban Studio in an amount not to exceed <br />$350,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend <br />for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per <br />extension term; <br />9. Agreement for Services with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) in an amount <br />not to exceed $300,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the <br />option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed <br />$100,000 per extension term; <br />10.
