Agreement for Services with Architectural Resources Group (ARG) in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term; 2. Agreement for Services with Economic & Planning Systems (EPS) in an amount not to exceed $300,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term; 3. Agreement for Services with OPC Properties, Inc., a GFT Company, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per extension term; 4. Agreement for Services with Good City Company in an amount not to exceed $300,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term; 5. Agreement for Services with ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $750,000 over a 3- year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $250,000 per extension term; 6. Agreement for Services with Miller Planning Associates in an amount not to exceed $200,000 over a 3-year period, through October 2028, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per extension term; 7.
