This <br />inventory includes key attributes such as catchment area, year of construction, wet well <br />capacity, pump horsepower, manufacturer, model, RPM, serial number, and total dynamic head. <br />The most recent inventory was updated on February 3, 2025. <br />In addition to this inventory, the City has compiled pump station inspection reports completed in <br />2024 for all City-maintained facilities. These reports document the operational condition, <br />maintenance activities, and equipment status for each station. <br />More detailed records are available for several high-priority pump stations, including: <br /> Bradford Pump Station <br />o Bradford Pump Station Basis of Design Report (Wood Rodgers, 2022) <br />o 100-Year Level-of-Service Technical Memorandum (Wood Rodgers, 2022) <br />o Original as-built drawings from 1966 <br />o Improvement plans prepared in 2022 – 2023 <br /> Price Pump Station <br />o Price Tract ICM Model Results (BKF, 2024), including hydraulic performance <br />evaluations of the shared system with Bradford <br />11.A. - Page 43 of 53 <br />474
