CGM:dp:2/26/76 <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. of the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted <br />1976, revocable permission is hereby granted by the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City") to William L. Waller (hereinafter called "Permittee"), <br />as owner of property commonly known as 3024 McGarvey Avenue, <br />Redwood City, California and more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Lot 8, Block 14, Sterling Heights Subdivision <br />Assessor's Parcel No. 058-371-090 <br />to construct gates and fences on a portion of certain City -owned <br />real property hereinafter described for the purposes hereinafter <br />set forth and subject to all of the following conditions, terms, <br />covenants and agreements: <br />1. Property Described. The real property permitted to be <br />used hereunder is all that certain real property situate in the <br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, California, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />A portion of the utility easement shown on those maps <br />entitled "Sterling Heights No. 2," recorded November 6, <br />1952, in the office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, California, in Volume 36 of maps at Page 2, and on <br />those maps entitled "Farm Hill Estates No. l," recorded <br />January 23, 1956, in the office of the Recorder of the <br />County of San Mateo, California, in Volume 44 of maps at <br />Page 18 more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most Southwesterly corner of Lot 9, <br />Block 14 "Sterling Heights No. 2," the above mentioned <br />subdivision: THENCE North 410 53' 34" West a distance of <br />101.97 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE South <br />440 18' West a distance of 10.0 feet: THENCE North <br />0 53' 34" West a distance of 30.06 feet: THENCE North <br />440 18' East a distance of 182.22 feet; THENCE South <br />450 46' 15" East a distance of 30.00 feet; THENCE South <br />440 18' West a distance of 174.21 feet to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. <br />
