Veterans Memorial Senior Center/YMCA Project 26 Addendum #2 <br />City of Redwood City November 2025 <br />Section 5.0 Conclusion <br />Section 15164(a) of the CEQA Guidelines states that the lead agency shall prepare an addendum to <br />a previously certified EIR if some changes or additions are necessary but none of the conditions <br />described in Section 15162 calling for preparation of a subsequent EIR have occurred. <br />Based on the above analysis and discussion, the modified project would not result in new significant <br />impacts or substantially more severe significant impacts than those disclosed in the 2019 EIR. There <br />have been no substantial changes in circumstance in the project area that would result in new <br />significant impacts or substantially more severe significant impacts, and no new information has <br />come to light that would indicate the potential for new significant impacts or substantially more <br />severe significant impacts than were discussed in the 2019 EIR. Therefore, no subsequent EIR is <br />required pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162, and this Addendum #2 to the 2019 EIR has <br />appropriately been prepared pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15164. <br />Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15164(c), this Addendum need not be circulated for public <br />review and will be included in the public record file for the 2019 EIR. <br />ATTY/RESO.0111/CC RESO CONSIDERING AND APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO THE FINAL EIR (YMCA PROJECT CEQA) - EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 11-06-25 VR
