ATTY/RESO.0112/CC RESO.0112/CC RESO APPROVING THIRD AMENDMENT TO MASTER PROJECT AGREEMENT (YMCA PROJECT) <br />REV: 11-06-25 VR <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />including Phase 2 Improvements, which include, among others, respecting the Valota <br />Green as an active park space; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 10, 2025, the City Council held a duly noticed public <br />hearing in accordance with all applicable requirements of the State Planning and Zoning <br />Law and the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, to consider the project; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 10, 2025, the City fully reviewed, considered, and <br />evaluated the staff report prepared for the Architectural Permit and the Modified Project <br />including the attachments to the staff report, oral and written public testimony, and all <br />other documents and evidence in the public record on the Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council concurrently considered an Addendum (Addendum <br />#2) to the 2019 EIR, which concludes that the Modified Project is within the scope of the <br />previously certified 2019 EIR such that no further subsequent or supplemental <br />environmental review is necessary or required pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines <br />Sections 15164 and 15162; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to enter into a Third Amendment to <br />Master Project Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2.Having considered all the information and testimony presented at the public <br />hearing, the City Council hereby approves the Third Amendment to Master Project <br />Agreement, and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment to Master <br />Project Agreement, and any other implementing documents, in the form attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, and subject to any minor, technical <br />and non-substantive changes approved by the City Attorney. <br />3.This Resolution is effective upon its adoption. <br />* * *
